Hemlock Creek enters the Allegheny River 7 mile north of Oil City at the
village President. The Creek can be reached via route 62 north of Oil City
about 7 miles. The stream flows east and west. This creek is
usually stocked twice a year, once before season and once in season. Nice green

the stream. The part of the creek up stream of the confluence of porky holds
native trout.
